This role is ideal for someone confident across several trades, with strong joinery skills and additional competencies in tiling, painting and decorating, plastering, and general repairs. The RoleAs a Multiskilled Operative, you''ll carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of domestic properties. You''ll work independently, completing a wide range of tasks to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to tenants. Key Responsibilities Joinery work including door repairs, skirting, architraves, and internal fixtures Tiling for kitchens, bathrooms, splashbacks, and patch repairs ? Painting and decorating including surface prep, glossing, and emulsion work ? Basic plastering such as patch repairs, bonding, skimming small areas Plumbing (desirable) - tap changes, waste repairs, leak fixes ? Carry out general domestic repairs within occupied and void properties Ensure all work is completed to specification and within agreed timescales Maintain van stock and use job management systems Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with tenants Travel to various sites across the Leeds area ?
