The Client Solutions Executive role: We re looking for a Client Solutions Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving customer success and business growth. In this role, you ll act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business success through meaningful partnerships. What You ll Do: Build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Manage and develop House Accounts, identifying opportunities to expand engagement and revenue. Key Responsibilities our Client Solutions Executive will undertake: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Develop sales opportunities within the assigned accounts by researching and identifying potential growth areas. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Actively engage with prospective contacts using all communication channels, including warm and cold telephone contact, to explore needs and how our offerings may add value resulting in new business Understand client goals and develop strategies to meet their business needs.
