The role: Lead Software Engineer Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum Location: Milton Keynes (twice a week on site) VIQU IT have partnered with a growing but established SaaS organisation who are hiring a Lead Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping technical direction of the products, and lead a team of five software engineers. The role will involve hands on technical leadership, running architecture reviews, managing and mentoring engineers and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. Experience required: Strong background in modern .NET/C# development and architecture.A track record of leading and mentoring teams of engineers. AWS experience including; IAM, Lambda, API Gateway and event-driven architectures in AWS environments.Experience with Angular front end framework, REST APIs and Web API development.Experience with testing frameworks and quality engineering practices (unit and integration testing and test driven development).
