They are looking for an experienced Support Engineer, with a wide range of skills/experience, to join their small team. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn is essential. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in documenting processes and looking for ways to improve the customers experience. The role is very autonomous and you will be managing your own work load.
