NXTGEN is seeking a driven and ambitious Audit and Accounts Assistant to join a fast-growing Accountancy practice located in Ipswich. As the new Audit and Accounts Assistant, you will become part of a skilled and experienced team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-quality service to their clients. This practice has experienced significant growth over the last few years and is becoming increasingly recognised in East Anglia. In this role, you will be closely supported by hands on Directors, providing you the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the field. This position offers a varied and comprehensive workload across both Audit and Accounts, helping you develop into a well-rounded Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enhance their skills in a diverse role with a broad scope of responsibilities. You will assist with both audit and accounting duties, including preparing financial statements, management accounts, VAT and Tax Returns, and supporting audit processes for a diverse client base. As your skills grow, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, with access to further training and internal development opportunities.
