The school caters to students aged 3-19, with a diverse range of needs. Experience in working with additional needs is beneficial and will help candidates to quickly adapt and contribute effectively.Responsibilities:Engagement: Ensure pupils are engaged and motivated during lessons.Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks as needed, including toileting and feeding.Behaviour Management: Implement appropriate techniques to manage challenging behaviour.Training Participation: Attend relevant training and courses as required.Requirements:Enhanced DBS: Must have an Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this process).EWC Registration: Must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (we can assist with this process).Experience: Relevant personal or professional experience in the SEN sector.Safeguarding: Level 2 in Safeguarding (we can assist with this process).The successful applicant will receive training and preparation for the role.
