From international motorsport series and hospitality experiences to guest management, event operations and partnership activation this role sits right at the centre of the action. You ll work across a huge variety of projects and events, helping deliver world-class guest experiences while keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes. What You ll Be DoingThis is a fast-moving, highly collaborative role where no two weeks look the same.You ll be responsible for: Managing hospitality ticketing and guest experiences across EMEA event seriesCoordinating pre and post-event communications, invitations and logisticsSupporting international sports and lifestyle events across multiple marketsManaging hospitality platform updates and event informationCoordinating gifting, POS materials and guest logisticsSupporting travel, hotels, restaurants and transport arrangementsTracking budgets, approvals, invoices and vendor coordinationBuilding strong relationships with hospitality and event partnersSupporting live events and providing guest hosting when requiredWorking cross-functionally with Sports Marketing, Partnerships and wider business tea
