Benefits: 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays Enhanced maternity and paternity Pension Health Care Free On site parking Key Responsibilities:Lead all operational purchasing activities-prepare purchase orders, contracts, and coordinate logistics for on-time, cost-effective product supply.Oversee procurement documentation, including invoices, payment tracking, and customs paperwork.Track raw material deliveries, follow up with suppliers and logistics, and resolve discrepancies.Monitor inventory levels; analyse demand against production plans and sales forecasts to proactively recommend purchasing actions.Maintain a detailed cost-tracking system; conduct cost analysis to optimise procurement strategies.Collaborate with commercial, quality, and laboratory teams for evaluation, testing, and approval of materials and suppliers.Support supplier qualification and manage ongoing supplier relationships.Participate in cross-functional meetings to assess risks, material needs, and compliance requirements.
