We are working with a leading specialist subcontractor delivering roads and earthworks packages at the Sizewell C Project. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who understands the unique challenges of subcontractor delivery and can drive performance across programme, cost, and quality. The Role Full responsibility for planning, delivery, and commercial control of roads and earthworks packages. Manage subcontractor teams, ensuring compliance with RAMS, ITPs, and QA processes. Oversee programme and short-term look-aheads (MS Project / P6), sequencing and resource allocation. Handle change control, cost forecasting, and NEC contract administration. Liaise with principal contractor, client, and design teams to resolve technical and logistical issues. Champion health and safety, delivering toolbox talks and site audits. About You Proven experience as a Project Manager within a subcontractor environment. Strong understanding of subcontractor commercial pressures and delivery models. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and full UK driving licence. Skilled in programming and progress reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
