Account ManagerGloucester 45,000 15% annual bonus Office-based, with regular travelYolk Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing organisation inThe RoleAs Account Manager, you will act as the key commercial contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts and distributor networks.You will be responsible for developing and executing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and forecasts, and working collaboratively across the business to deliver an excellent customer experience.This role would suit someone who enjoys a consultative sales environment and is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from sales representatives and purchasing teams through to senior management and business owners.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue, volume, gross margin and market share growth.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within existing and new customer segments.Lead regular business reviews with strategic customers and partners, using commercial data and market insight to identify opportunities and manage risk.Work closely with distributor sales teams through coaching, training, joint customer visits and account planning.Develop and deliver customer growth initiatives, marketing campaigns and promotional activity.Analyse market trends, customer ..... full job details .....
