Customer Account Coordinator

Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid

We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to join a busy and established commercial team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a B2B, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, logistics or similar environment and be confident dealing with business customers.

We are looking for an organised and commercially focused individual who enjoys working with customers and coordinating activity across a business.

You may currently be working in customer account support, B2B customer service, sales administration, order processing, account coordination or a similar commercial role.

• Previous experience within a B2B or commercial customer service environment, ideally 1–2 years.

• Experience dealing with business customers by telephone and email.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience processing orders or working with customer/account management systems.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Professional and confident telephone manner.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.

• Previous experience in B2B customer service or customer account coordination would be beneficial.

• Experience in sales administration or commercial account support would be advantageous.

• Experience managing and processing customer orders would be beneficial.

• Previous experience within distribution or wholesale environments would be advantageous.

• Experience within manufacturing or automotive environments would be beneficial.

• Experience within logistics or supply chain environments would be advantageous.

• Previous experience within an engineering environment would be beneficial.

• Experience within a trade or merchant environment would be advantageous.
