Its engineers work alongside in-house planners and landscape architects from the earliest stages of a scheme. The team of chartered engineers and scientists delivers flood risk and drainage expertise across a varied portfolio, including residential developments and infrastructure-scale battery storage projects, from concept and planning through to detailed design, construction and sign-off. Rather than being one senior voice among many in a large engineering machine, you''ll lead projects and client relationships directly. Most of the consultancy''s work comes from repeat clients and referrals, so you''ll be trusted to maintain and grow long-standing relationships with developers, project managers, architects and fellow consultants, and to see the impact of your decisions across the full project lifecycle.
