Project ManagerA fantastic, long term opportunity has come in today!A Project Manager requirement for a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Cambridgeshire.About:The role is to lead the fit out of a large government scheme across 3 buildings, all from the first fix through to the handover which is in the Autumn of 2027.You will be leading a team of 3 Senior Site Managers, each will be looking after a block individually. Upstream there is an on-site is a Senior Project Manager who you will be reporting to however they are expecting someone to be totally autonomous.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.Enforce health and safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.When challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.Effectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.
