Contracts Manager Sports Flooring Location: UK-wide Our client is a market-leading sports flooring contractor working on gyms, schools, arenas, and elite sports venues across the UK. They re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee projects from pre-start to handover, ensuring smooth delivery, compliance, and high-quality installation. The Role Manage full contract lifecycle and documentation. Attend pre-start meetings, confirm scope, and record all variations. Coordinate subcontractors/operatives (CSCS/SSSTS/DBS), inductions, and site access. Conduct pre-start and progress site visits; oversee installations. Ensure HandS compliance, RA/MS approval, and risk mitigation. Support budgeting, materials purchasing, variations, and final accounts. About You Contract management experience in construction (sports flooring ideal). Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Highly organised; able to manage multiple sites/projects. Proficient with Microsoft Office; training provided on company systems. Why Join?
