Job type: PermanentShifts: Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00Salary: Up to 37,000Day to day:Overseeing all UK import road freight pricing requests, bookings and related queriesPrepare and respond to quotation requests promptly and accurately. Work closely with Europe-based teams to ensure timely EU collections and UK deliveries, proactively updating clients as needed as well as assisting with UK cross-docking requirements.Produce accurate invoices and issue them to clients via the internal system. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on service excellence and repeat businessRequirementsProven European road freight experience with a UK based forwarderRight to work in the UK (No sponsorship is on offer)Experience in Road ImportsCustoms awareness and understanding of current export proceduresStrong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approachThe ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environmentA genuine passion for customer service and relationship managementInterested?
