You’ll lead from early design through to commissioning, acting as the go-to technical authority on site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead MEP design reviews and ensure fully coordinated solutionsRun technical workshops with clients, consultants, and specialist subcontractorsShape procurement and installation strategy, ensuring buildability and programme certaintyOversee commissioning management, testing, and witness plans through to PCAct as the client-facing lead for all building services mattersAbout YouYou’ll be a technically strong, delivery-focused services professional with a background in high-value fit-out or refurbishment projects.
