About CAIA The Centre for Armenian Information and Advice (CAIA) is a vibrant, London-based charity supporting the Armenian community through advice, culture and care. We work to improve the lives of disadvantaged community members, including older people, families, refugees and young people, and to promote Armenian heritage in the UK. Based at the Hayashen Centre in Acton, CAIA provides advice and advocacy, youth and early years provision, support for older people, cultural activities and community events through a dedicated team of staff and volunteers. The Role CAIA is seeking an organised, proactive and community-minded Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the Hayashen Centre. This is a varied and impactful role, responsible for ensuring that the centre operates safely, efficiently and in a well-coordinated way. The postholder will strengthen operational systems, support high-quality service delivery and help ensure that CAIA can effectively demonstrate its impact.
