Senior Estimator Fit Out and RefurbishmentLocation: Cannock, StaffordshireSalary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus packageAbout youIf you are an experienced Senior Estimator who knows fit out and refurbishment and enjoys taking ownership of a tender from the initial enquiry through to submission, this could be a really good opportunity for you.You will be joining an established team based from their Cannock office, working across industrial and commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to around £5 million.The Cannock office turns over approximately £30 million annually and forms part of a wider construction business with a turnover of around £70 million.You need to be comfortable getting into the detail of a tender. That means understanding what the client is asking for, attending tender meetings, reviewing drawings and specifications, speaking with the supply chain and ultimately putting together a competitive tender that you are confident in.The salary is £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus package.Your experienceYou will need previous estimating experience within fit out and refurbishment.Your background could be across industrial fit out, commercial fit out, office refurbishment or a mixture of different refurbishment projects.
