Employee Relations Manager (12-Month FTC, Part-Time)Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)Hours: 21 hours per week (flexible across the week)Contract: 12-month fixed-term contractA historic charity based in Central London is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a part-time opportunity (21 hours per week) with a flexible hybrid working pattern.The RoleReporting into the Director of HR, you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, supporting managers and ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:Leading on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management mattersAdvising and coaching managers on best practice HR and ER processesEnsuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment lawSupporting organisational change initiatives where requiredContributing to the review and development of HR policies and ER frameworksWorking collaboratively with the wider HR team to promote positive employee relations and engagementAbout You:You will be a confident HR professional with strong experience managing employee relations issues in a complex organisation.CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)Proven experience handling complex ER casework from start to resolutionUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment law an
