Our client who specialises in providing life insurance products is looking for a new team member to join an existing busy outbound telesales team. Supporting the Sales Executives, you will be working on new and existing data provided by the company. You will speak to and qualify leads before passing to the Sales Executives to sell the products initially.This role will offer the opportunity to progress to a fully fledged insurance advisor with salary increases available from month 3 should you reach the given training guidelines!Previous experience in outbound sales/ telesales and a professional persona is required.With a good commission structure, you must be driven to hit targets and want to develop in the business in the future.DutiesReceiving data and maintaining accurate records in regards to contact and developmentMaking outbound calls to potential customers to qualify requirementsArrange and make call back calls at a time arrangedWork well with Sales teams and support as requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious outbound, B2C, telesales or lead generation experience would be requiredBe professional and have the ability to follow scripts and guidelinesAble to maintain data and reports on KPI sBe resilient and driven in nature with the ability to work independentlyWant to grow in a business and develop in the insurance industryWorking hours9am 5.30pm Monday to FridaySalary£25,500 basic, progressing to £30,000 on completion of probation and training goals metOTE £50,000 uncapp
