Heritage Consultant job in Bermondsey, London with The Construction Index Ltd. This role focuses on conservation and sustainable evolution of historic sites, working within a world-renowned architectural and heritage consultancy.Role and Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on heritage assets to clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsUndertake desk-based and archival research on historic buildings and sitesCarry out on-site investigations including building recording and photographic surveysProduce detailed, well-written documents such as impact assessments, heritage statements, and conservation plansManage small-scale projects, prepare fee proposals, and contribute to larger bidsRequired Skills and Experience

3+ years'' experience working as a Heritage Consultant in a commercial environmentMaster''s degree (or higher) in heritage, architecture, or a related fieldStrong understanding of UK heritage planning legislation and listed building consentProven ability to manage workload, deliver accurate documentation, and meet deadlinesProfessional memberships (IHBC or CIfA) and UK driving licence desirableWhat You Get Back
