We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) to join a busy food production environment in Wellingborough.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Supporting production and warehouse teams with movement of goods and materials
• Loading/unloading vehicles and maintaining stock flow
• Following strict health & safety and hygiene standards

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift License (RTITB or ITSAAR registered)
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a production or warehouse environment
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow procedures in a fast-paced setting
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• £14.50 per hour
• Monday to Friday shifts - no weekend work!
• Evening shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
• Ongoing, stable work in a supportive team
