Exclusive opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a very lucrative location and successful client working from Clevedon.

We seek a candidate with 10 years + experience as a M&E Quantity and ideally a relevant education path

This is a new position; this individual will be joining an already existing elite commercial team who will play a pivotal role within an already leading M&E company working on exciting projects upto -20m

You will be responsible for:

• Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
• Produce monthly commercial reports
• Monthly financial reviews
• Support Preconstrution
• Cash flow forecasting
• Dispute resolution
• Validation of Contracts
• Procurement
• To agree and resolve final accounts
• Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
• Cost value reconciliations and the variation''s procedures
• Risk and opportunity management procedures
• Attend meetings
