Do you have experience managing engineering projects, budgets and multiple teams - such as electrical engineering, commissioning & design? Are you looking for a new role within an industry leading manufacturer who are offering the chance to step into a Director role within the next couple of years?

Due to continued growth and further expansion planned for 2026 my client are looking for an electrical engineering manager to join the team at their state of the art facility in Taunton. You will become part of a very busy and successful management team and will play a vital role within a business who have been at the forefront of their sector for over 20 years and have very ambitious plans for the future. The successful applicant will manage CAPEX budgets & projects and will have a strong focus on improving production efficiencies, engineering designs and order completion times. You will also manage the commissioning and aftersales team to ensure that all maintenance projects are completed across the UK, Europe and the USA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who has managed budgets & projects and wants to take the next step in their career.

Specialising in full concept-to-completion solutions for customers - from in-house design and manufacturing to providing full turnkey installations, service, and product training.

The Role:
*Working with and managing multiple departments such as design, procurement, production and engineering

*Has managed CAPEX Projects and has senior/management experience

*A commutable distance to Taunton with a full UK driving license
*Knowledge of PLC''s and commissioning
