Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and other relevant policies and procedures. Person Specification: Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, NNEB). Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience of working in an early years or childcare setting. A proactive, caring, and flexible approach to supporting children s development. A commitment to ongoing professional development.
