Our client, who we have a long standing relationship with within the food production industry, based in Stonehouse, has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. The successful Customer Service Coordinator should have: Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or order processing role within a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Experience using SAP or a similar system, with good IT skills across Microsoft Office. Proactive problem solver with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and continuous improvement. In this role, the Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for: Manage the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Deliver exceptional customer service, providing regular updates and resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate dispatch, shipping and export documentation for UK, EU and international deliveries. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, hauliers and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
