Personal Assistant Location: Ascot with travel to multiple office sitesContract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £38,000 + benefits About the RoleOur client are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide high quality administrative, PA and governance support. This is a pivotal role supporting senior executives and the Chair of the Board, ensuring that board and committee operations run efficiently, compliantly and professionally.The role is primarily office based in Ascot and will involve regular travel to a small number of other organisational sites using a pool car. Flexibility is required, including attendance at occasional evening meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesBoard and Governance SupportOrganise, coordinate and support meetings of the Board and its committeesOrganise Health and Safety meetingsPrepare, collate and distribute agendas, papers and supporting documentationAttend meetings (including occasional evenings) and take accurate, high quality minutesMaintain formal records of meetings, actions and decisionsAdvise managers on governance processes, procedures and statutory responsibilitiesEnsure governance activity complies with regulatory and best-practice frameworksPersonal and Administrative SupportProvide dedicated PA support to the Chair of the Board Work closely with the Executive PA to ensure seamless senior level supportManage correspondence, emails and documentation relating to board activityMaintain accurate records including ..... full job details .....
