Facilities Contract Administrator-

I am currently recruiting for my client for a facilities contract administrator. You will have-a-administration background preferably from facilities.-

Sector: Commercial Maintenance-

Duties will include using an inhouse database as well as using-microsoft-packages, making sure all ppm''s and ppm sign off''s are logged, raising PO numbers for-sub contractors, talking to engineers and-sub contractors-to confirm works, producing WIP reports and other reports for managers, as well as helping the contract manager.-

Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday-

Salary is 27.5K-
