We are seeking a Telesales / Sales Executive to join their growing team in Bracknell. This role offers excellent career progression, with structured training and mentorship.Although this is a telesales-led position, the products/services you are selling are essential for clients to complete their projects. This means warm calls rather than cold calling the focus is on timing sales conversations around client needs.Telesales / Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: Make 50 calls per day to a mix of new leads (provided) and existing clients.Use CRM systems to manage leads, track sales performance, and record client interactions.Build strong relationships with potential clients to identify sales opportunities.Work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and experienced colleagues to drive business success.Upsell and manage existing client accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
