This is a senior position with responsibility for leading SaLT provision and managing a complex caseload.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver communication and dysphagia assessments and therapy programmesDevelop rehabilitation goals and evidence-based care plansWork autonomously, potentially as the sole SaLT within the serviceProvide staff training on dysphagia managementLead on service development, planning, and evaluationRequirementsHCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist (essential)Experience with acquired brain injury and complex needsStrong knowledge of dysphagia managementUnderstanding of neurobehavioural approachesAbility to work independently and maintain high clinical standardsInterested in a confidential discussion?
