This position offers approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility when these hours are worked (eg 3 longer days or 4/ 5 shorter days).Your new roleYou''ll be a key support within the accounts department, working closely with the Food team across a variety of finance and administrative functions, including:Processing food invoices and reconciling supplier statementsInvestigating and resolving invoice and payment queriesAssisting in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the stock management systemCreating and analysing food costings to support business decisionsLiaising with food stakeholders and supporting general admin tasksProviding holiday cover for purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll as neededCommunicating with the software provider to resolve system issues or implement updatesWhat you''ll need to succeedWe''re looking for someone with a good grounding in accounts and a keen interest in IT.
