A fantastic opportunity has become available for a psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience providing restorative practices to young people with a diverse set of complex needs.

This is an ''Outstanding'' OFSTED rated mainstream school in Rochford who are actively recruiting for specialist behaviour support workers with a psychology or criminology graduate background.

The school is looking for either an experienced SEN behaviour support worker or a graduate, to provide individualised support to children with complex needs.

What we are looking for:

• Candidates who are enthusiastic and patient
• Works well within a team and is flexible
• Level 3 and higher
• Graduates are desirable
• Good education background
• Great communication skills
• SEN experience
