YOU MUST HAVE FOOD MANUFACTURING OR MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE The Role Working alongside Programme Directors, you ll be instrumental in ensuring transformation projects are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned to operational goals. You ll act as the vital link between programme leadership and site teams coordinating activity, tracking progress, and helping embed lasting change across the business. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, timelines, budgets, and milestones Coordinate stakeholders across multiple sites and functions Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues where needed Maintain governance structures, reporting, and project documentation Support the rollout and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working Monitor KPIs and contribute to benefits realisation Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards What We re Looking For
