This is an opportunity to work differently bringing together professionals from across children''s services to provide earlier, more effective support to families. The team bridges Early Help and Children in Need/Child Protection (CIN/CP), ensuring families receive the right support at the right time and reducing the need for statutory intervention wherever possible. About the Role Working within a collaborative MDT, you will support children and families whose needs sit between Early Help and statutory social work. You''ll complete assessments, develop strengths-based plans, coordinate multi-agency interventions and deliver purposeful direct work that helps keep children safely within their families whenever possible.
