Director, Technical Consulting Services – Workday AI and Integration LeadRemote, UK-Based | Up to £140k base + bonusWe’re partnered with a global consultancy looking to appoint a new Director to lead their Technical Consulting Services across EMEA. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep expertise in the Workday ecosystem, including Integrations, Data, Reporting, Prism, Extend, and AI.This role involves building a Centre of Excellence with AI at its core, focusing on innovation and strategic leadership.Why this role?Innovative focus : Central role of Workday Illuminate, native AI, and automation—own the roadmap.Leadership scope : Manage and mentor senior technical teams across EMEA, with a direct line into global decision-making.Shape the future : Establish tooling frameworks, drive efficiency, and enhance delivery across multiple workstreams.Collaborate with sales : Support in client proposals, RFPs, and SOWs, influencing how the consultancy wins and delivers projects.What you’ll bring7–10+ years of proven experience in Workday technical consulting, with hands-on expertise in:Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and reporting toolsExperience with Workday AI features, including Illuminate and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)Leadership style that balances execution and innovation, capable of managing remotely and inspiring across cultures.Experience with pre-sales and delivery, including RFPs, estimations, and solution design.
