Could You Be MASH''s Next Head of Services? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading services that support women who sex work and who are experiencing unmet needs and disadvantage. As Head of Services, you will be responsible for ensuring that MASH delivers safe, high-quality, effective and inclusive services that respond to women''s needs and are gender and trauma informed and person-centred. Working closely with service users, colleagues, and partners, you will lead the development and delivery of services that meet funder requirements and contribute to the achievement of MASH''s strategic goals. You will champion excellence, innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring our services remain responsive, impactful and rooted in the voices and experiences of the women we support.
