This newly created role will bring financial discipline, strengthen commercial decision-making, and build a high-performing finance function capable of supporting the next stage of scale.The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and shareholders, providing financial and commercial leadership across the business. The role will ensure robust financial governance, improve visibility of performance, and drive commercial value through better insights, processes, and decision-making.
