Our client, a successful Companybased in Derby areseeking an experienced Civil / Structural Design Engineer to join their well established, supportive team.The successful candidate will be involved in the design and delivery of civil and structural engineering solutions across a variety of projects, working in accordance with British Standards and Eurocodes.Starting salary flexible depending on experience, up to around £43k.Key Responsibilities of Civil / Structural Design Engineer position to include:Carry out civil and structural engineering design and analysis.Prepare design calculations, technical reports, and specifications.Produce and review structural drawings and details.Design using reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and timber where applicable.Ensure designs comply with BS and Eurocodes and relevant UK regulations.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other design team members.Respond to technical queries and provide support during construction.Attend meetings and site visits as required.The ideal Civil / Structural Design Engineer will have:Experience in a civil or structural engineering role.Experience working in accordance with British Standards and Eurocodes.Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.Experience with structural analysis and design software (e.g. Tekla, Tedds, Cads, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.Strong communication skills.Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination (
