ASB Liaison OfficerLocation: East LondonRate: £26.40 per hour (Umbrella)Contract: 6-month ongoing contractHours: 35 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday to FridayKey ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases from referral through to resolution.Conduct interviews, gather evidence and prepare case files.Work closely with residents, the police, local authorities and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.Carry out home visits, site inspections and risk assessments.Take appropriate enforcement action where required in line with legislation and organisational policies.Provide advice and support to victims and witnesses of anti-social behaviour.Maintain accurate case records and ensure all actions are completed within agreed timescales.Attend case conferences, court hearings and partnership meetings where required.Promote safer communities through proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management.About YouPrevious experience working as an ASB Officer, ASB Liaison Officer, Neighbourhood Officer or Housing Officer managing anti-social behaviour cases.Strong knowledge of housing legislation, ASB legislation and enforcement processes.Experience working within a Local Authority or Housing Association.Excellent communication, investigation and case management skills.Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise competing demands.Confident working independently and building effective relationships with residents and partner agencies.If you''re ..... full job details .....
