£30,000 Basic + Bonus (up to Additional £3,000 to £8,000) + Car Allowance + Expensed Mileage / Transport (45p for First 10,000 Miles) + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Ongoing Training

Monday to Friday 35 Hours Per Week (Flexible Working Hours Available – No Weekend, No Callout)

Trainee Field Service Engineer required for an industry leading service provider to the medical and laboratory industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a company who are committed to investing in their employees as they can offer full and ongoing training, as well as job security. The role offers flexible working hours and requires no weekend work.

This role would suit candidates from any electro-mechanical background as full product related training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, repair, and calibration work to laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers etc. You will be joining an existing team of six engineers who cover customer sites in the UK. Candidates may be required to travel further afield and occasionally stay overnight to support the wider team as needed.

The Trainee Field Service Engineer Role:

· Service, repair, and calibration work to laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers, ovens, and water baths

· Full training provided

· Plan your own workload and arrange appointments directly with customers

· Identify new sales opportunities including service contracts and replacement units

· Focus on Northampton/Milton Keynes with further travel across the UK

· Occasional overnight away

The Trainee Field Service Engineer Candidate:

· Any electro-mechanical background

· Confident working independently
