The role can be based out of London or Epsom.Join a leading global organisation and play a key role in delivering pensions and benefits programmes across the UK and Europe. You''ll support the management of pension schemes, benefits administration, provider relationships and employee wellbeing initiatives, while gaining exposure to wider Total Rewards projects.Experience required: Excellent understanding of Defined Contribution pensions and benefits, including auto-enrolment, retirement options and governance requirements. UK DC pension regulation and working with third-party providers Experience within pensions, benefits, HR or a related field. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with benefits platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.Key Responsibilities: Support the governance and administration of UK and Ireland defined contribution pension arrangements. Manage pension-related activity, provider relationships and benefits platform administration. Work closely with brokers, administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Assist with benefits governance, reporting and compliance activities.
