Key responsibilities of this BA role will include: Eliciting, analysing, validating and documenting business requirements for various IT products Build a deep understanding of the business, its products, processes and SOPs Identifying and documenting project objectives and benefits Translating business needs into clear, prioritised requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria). Producing ''as-is'' and ''to-be'' process maps Creating wireframes and mock-ups to support the business requirements Liaising with the business and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle Performing stakeholder analysis and managing expectations across business and technical teams.
