This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales administration, customer service or sales support, ideally within civil engineering, utilities, construction or merchant supply. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting customers, processing orders and coordinating deliveries, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to fulfilment. The company is looking for someone who is organised, proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is recorded correctly. Manage stock availability and liaise with relevant teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Coordinate deliveries directly to site, working closely with customers, suppliers and transport teams. Respond to customer enquiries, pricing queries and order updates in a timely and professional manner. Provide sales support to customers, including groundworkers, civil contractors and other trade professionals.
