team. In this

client-facing role , you’ll work closely with leading multinational companies to manage their globally mobile employees — supporting them across areas like tax, payroll, relocation, policy advisory, and more. You’ll gain hands-on experience in consulting, global mobility, and project management while helping deliver smooth and strategic international assignments.What You’ll DoYour day-to-day could include:Acting as a trusted advisor for international assignees and client mobility teamsDelivering virtual briefings, responding to queries, and offering real-time guidanceReviewing assignment documentation, compensation packages, and cost projectionsManaging service delivery timelines and client expectationsSupporting proposal development and contributing to new business effortsIdentifying and implementing process improvementsStaying up to date with global mobility trends, compliance, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in

assignment cost projection calculations (e.g., COLA)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insightsConfident communicator – both written and verbalSkilled in building trusted relationships with clients and internal teamsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracy in executionProficient in Excel and Word (PowerPoint a plus)Curious about international mobility, global business, HR, and taxA collaborative team player who also works well independentlyWhat You’ll GetWe believe your career should work for you.
