Description

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained.
• Manage and respond to supplier and internal accounts payable queries via email and telephone.
• Support payment runs, expense reimbursements and ad hoc payment requests.
• Assist with daily bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier records and ensure account information is kept up to date.
• Monitor and organise the shared accounts payable inbox, prioritising and resolving queries in a timely manner.
• Support the Accounts Payable Manager with day-to-day administration and ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of invoices, payments and supporting documentation.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Assist with additional finance and administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

• Previous experience within Accounts Payable, Finance Administration or a similar finance role for 2+ years.
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicator with strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using finance or ERP systems is beneficial; exposure to NetSuite would be advantageous.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate equivalent of up to -39,000, dependent on the level of experience.
