This specialist setting provides highly personalised learning pathways designed to help every student develop independence, confidence and essential life skills.The Role: Provide classroom, small-group and 1:1 support for students with SEND.Use Team Teach strategies to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.Assist in delivering tailored learning activities linked to EHCP targets.Support communication, social interaction and independence skills.Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to support student progress. The Ideal Candidate: Current Team Teach training is essential.Experience working with children or young people with SEND.Knowledge of Autism, learning difficulties or complex needs is desirable.Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.Patient, resilient and adaptable approach.Passionate about supporting ..... full job details .....
