They provide essential services to a diverse client base and are recognised for their structured and professional approach to business.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Finance OperationsSupport the day-to-day running of finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyMaintain financial data integrity across systems including Sage and internal reporting toolsIdentify and support improvements to finance processes and workflowsAccounts Payable and ExpensesProcess supplier invoices and expense claimsMaintain the Purchase Order (PO) log and perform invoice matchingManage Pleo and company credit card transactionsEnsure accurate coding to cost centres and accountsPayments and Cash FlowPrepare and manage supplier payment runsMaintain and update cash flow forecastsEnsure payments are made accurately and on timeReconciliations and ControlsPerform bank, supplier, and customer
