£30,000 to £35,000 + Company Van + BenefitsFull Time Permanent RoleMonday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the South West is recruiting an IT Support Engineer / Field Engineer to support its continued move from break-fix IT support to managed services.This is a hybrid role, combining remote IT support / service desk work from home with on-site Field Engineer visits to domestic and small business clients. It suits an engineer currently working within an MSP who is looking for career progression, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to influence how IT services are delivered.Key Responsibilities IT support and service desk ticket resolution (remote)Field Engineer visits for installations, upgrades, and fault-findingMicrosoft 365 administration (Azure AD, licensing, security, Intune)Proactive MSP tasks including patching, monitoring, and scheduled maintenanceInstall, configure, and support Ubiquiti UniFi networksSupport MS Windows and macOS devicesWork to Cyber Essentials Plus and IT security best practiceFollow documented MSP processes and contribute to service improvement Required Skills and Experience Experience as an IT Support Engineer, Field Engineer, or MSP EngineerPrevious experience working within an MSP environmentExperience working to ticketing systems and SLAsStrong Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and networking knowledgeHands-on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi networkingSecurity-focused approach to IT supportCustomer-facin
