We work with a range of schools in Bedfordshire so will listen closely to the type of school you enjoy working in and do our best to find you a role that fits you!Many of our TA''s go on to secure permanent contracts with the school. The Role: You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs, you''ll provide both one-to-one and small group support to help children access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.The Schools: We partner with a number of inclusive and supportive schools across Bedfordshire, offering a range of placements from short-term supply to long-term roles, with potential for permanent opportunities. Each school provides a welcoming environment with strong teamwork and a focus on pupil development.Requirements:Experience supporting children with special educational needs (in school or similar settings)A patient, proactive and nurturing approachExcellent co
