This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a precision engineering environment, producing high-quality components to exact specifications.We are open to candidates across the UK, with relocation considered for the right individual.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, program, and operate CNC turning machines (including Nakamura and Citizen sliding head lathes)Manufacture components in line with production plans and customer deadlinesEnsure all parts meet engineering drawings and tight tolerancesAdjust tooling, offsets, and make program edits to optimise performanceConduct first-off and in-process inspection using precision measuring toolsComplete route cards and maintain accurate quality documentationWork collaboratively with the team to maintain efficient production flowMaintain machine upkeep and a clean, safe working environmentWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience as a CNC Turning Setter / OperatorExperience with sliding head lathes (Citizen, Nakamura preferred)Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawingsStrong inspection skills using tools such as micrometers, verniers, and calipersHigh attention to detail with a strong commitment to qualityAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat''s on ..... full job details .....
